Thank you for your very comprehensive and professional report. In fact, one of the best I have seen lately since I sold my property in the Eastern Suburbs.
I'll follow your advice and go ahead with some repairs like water leakages. I think it would be better to install an approved seamless waterproofing membrane and re-tile the bathroom to avoid future damage as well as the inconvenience of periodical upgrading
of grout and silicone seal that in the long term it cost more.
I will recommend your service to everyone.
I'll post you a cheque today that you may got between tomorrow and Monday.
